TLC Braves: 6 O’Briens Orioles: 2
Braves win a hard fought battle with the Orioles 6-2. Nick Voltner started the game and went the distance pitching a great game and working is way out of trouble a couple times. Nick steped up and performed great tonight getting his first victory of the year. Hitting stars for the Braves were Bill Gorman, Josh Szuslik and Austin James all 2-4. Gorman had a single and double, 1 SB. Szuslik had 2 singles, 1R. James had a single and double 2RBI and 1 R. Paul Mallas also had a great day at the plate drawing 2 walks and scoring 3 times. Adam Graves was 1-3 with a big 2 out double scoring the first run of the game. Final line on Voltner pitching is 7IP, 2ER, 7K's, 8 H, 0 BB, 1 HBP. For O'Brien's hitting stand outs were Doug Dollhopf 2-4, 2 singles, 1R, 1K. Dan Wilfrath 2-3, 2 singles, 1R, 1K.
Milwaukee Beavers: 7 Brew City Indians: 5
The Beavers returned to the win column with a well played 7-5 victory over the Indians Sunday afternoon at Wick Field. The game started shaky for the Beavers, who were playing with a limited roster, when starting pitcher Nick Griffith left after four batters with an injured pitching arm. Jarrett Gates was summoned for his MBL pitching debut and induced an inning ending 1-6-3 double play with one pitch to limit the first inning damage. He proceeded to retire 12 of the next 13 batters, striking out seven. The Indians would touch Gates for two runs in each of the last two innings as fatigue began to set in, but he was able to finish the game with the tying run at the plate. The Beavers were led by Rob Tschimperle (1-2, 1dbl, 2rbi) and Greg Ketz (2-3, 2rbi). The Indians were led by Steve Perez (3-4, 1dbl, 3r, 1rbi).
St. Francis: A's 8 Brew City Indians: 6
St. Francis jumped out to an early 1-0 lead when Mike "Mo" Olszewski hit a solo HR. Indians took the lead going up 4-1 in the 5th. The A’s started the 5th with 2 bunt singles and a RBI 2B by Tony Urbaniak, which opened the door for them to tie the game at 6-6. St. Francis would add 2 more runs in the 6th and hold on for the victory 8-6. Shawn Kozey picked up the win for the A’s, Mike Olszewski came in to relieve Kozey in the 5th. Leading hitters for the A’s were Mike Olszewski (1-3, HR), Mike Jelacic (2-4, 2B), and Tony Urbaniak (1-2, 2B) Randy Anderson (1-4, 2B). Steve Perez had 2 hits for Brew City.
Fed Life Phillies: 13 Black Sox: 12
The Fed Life Phillies improved their record to five and three after a thirteen to twelve slugfest at Harden Field Friday night. With the score eleven to twelve, Bret Huotari came in to save the game in the top of the seventh. After giving up the tying run to send the game into exta innnings. The Fed Life Phillies scored the go ahead run in the top of the eigth inning on a single by Troy Blackburn and an error,to make the score thirteen to twelve. Bret Huotari came away with the win after pitching two complete innings striking out four and walikng two. Many of the Phillies contributed in the win, Bret Huotari who went five for six scoring 4 times. Trevor Burg one for two, and three base on balls, Joe Kooping who went two for four with two doubles.

O'Brien's Orioles: 6 Brown Deer Supreme Builders: 2
Dan Wilfrath pitched a complete game striking out seven to get the win. Jason Peters went 3-4 with a double a two RBI's and Doug Dollhopf had two hits and three RBI to lead the offense. Brendon Dorn pitched 6+ innings for the Builders after pitching three innings the previous day. Builders two runs came on Dorn's opposite field home run in the fifth.
Tigers: 3 Fed Life Phillies: 2
In a well played game by both teams, the Tigers defeated the Phillies 3-2. Justin Gelhausen kept the Phillies off balance just enough and was helped by some quality defense to earn the complete game victory. The Phillies pitcher also pitched a great game limiting the Tigers to 3 runs.
Brown Deer Supreme Builders: 10 PJ’s Tigers: 9
The game ended up being a slugfest as there were a combined 33 hits in the game. After two innings, Brown Deer jumped out to an early 3-0 lead highlighted by Dave Kuczynski's 2 run blast over the left field fence. However, the Tigers faught back and scored 4 in the third and one more in the fifth to take a 5-3 lead going into the bottom of the sixth. The Builder's regained the lead 7-5 with a four run sixth. Tiger's Steve Rappl hit a 2 rbi single to tie the game up in the top of the seventh and Milwaukee scored another run on a bases loaded balk to take the lead 8-7. Then Builder's Eric Belter hit a rbi double to get a run across to bring the game into extra frames. In the ninth the Tigers took the lead 9-8 on Jimmy Jungbaurer's rbi single but the Builders sticks would remain hot. They led the bottom of the ninth with back to back singles with Kuczynski scoring on Belter's rbi single. Belter moved over to second on a sac bunt by Colin Moser and Brendon Dorn was able to get the game winning single that drove in Belter. Nate Osterndorf, Dave Kuczynski, Eric Belter, and Brendon Dorn led the Builders offense by having a three hit game. Jungbaurer and Justin Gelhausen also had a three hit game for the Tigers.
Milwaukee Hornets: 3 Leff's Milwaukee Beavers: 2
In a well pitched game from both teams Steve Thompson got the win for the Hornets. Steve Budny led the Hornets at the dish with 2 hits, 2 RBI's and a run.
Milwaukee Hornets: 14 Leff's mIlwaukee Beavers: 3
Hornets get the win against the Beavers to sweep the doubleheader. Doug Fremut pitched a complete game for the win. Rob Williamson had 2 hits and 5 RBI's for the Hornets.
Bar None Bullfrogs: 17 Colonel Hart's Aces: 5
The Bullfrogs came out swinging early and were able to jump to a quick 8-0 lead after their first at bat. The Aces began to gain some momentum scoring multiple runs in the 2nd and 3rd innings to make the game 8-5. The Bullfrogs would then storm right back scoring 5 runs in the 5th and 4 more in the 6th inning to seal the game and come out with a win.

In a well pitched game by Jeff Polzin, the Ace’s got the win. Polzin also helped his cause adding a couple hits, while newcomer Justin Rice tacked on some power of his own.
