Jimmy B’s Ace lefty Adam Miller walked out to the hill in the bottom of the 7th inning at Harden Field looking to retire the side and receive his first ever No-hitter. Miller would emphatically slam the door, striking out MPD’s 4,5, and 6 hitters. He was dominant all day, striking out 11 batters, and not allowing a runner to get past second base. Miller not only did a job from the mound, but helped his own cause with a pair of singles. First baseman Dallas Hacker had two singles, and a double driving in 3 runs.
O'Brien's / Milwaukee HD 8 All-Star Sportswear 5
O'Brien's/Milwaukee HD clinched a playoff spot with a win over All-Star in a rematch of last year's championship game. Tim Heling went 3-3 with a double and triple to lead the way and Jon Stocks had two hits with a double and three RBI's to help pace the offense. Jim Vielbaum pitched a complete game to get the win.
Supreme Builders 8 The Steakout 7
The Steakout maintained a big lead after the top of the sixth inning with the score 7-1. However, the Builders managed to tack on three runs in the sixth to narrow the margine. In the bottom of the seventh with two outs, Tommy Rapp drove in two runs with a base hit to bring this game into extra innings. With two outs in the bottom of the eighth, Colin Moser's single brought in the winning run. Brian Rennicke pitched 2 2/3 scoreless innings to earn the win. Supreme's offense was led by Rapp, Sean Carolan, Colin Moser, Jordy Haizel, and Chris Shrock all contributing 2 hits. The Steakout's hitting standouts were Dwight Williamson, Josh Weinhandl, and Channing Odgen who all had multi-hit games.

Town & Lake Realty / Greco's Braves 5 Johnny V's 4 (10 inn)
This was a hard fought back and forth game. The Braves finally pushed a run across in the the top of the 10th and held their lead in the bottom of the 10th to get the Win. Nick Voltner pitched outstanding for the Braves and Mike Gramarosa pitched an excellent game as well. Both pitchers threw all 10 innings so they should be icing right now. The hitting stand outs for the Braves were Jeff Mallas 4-5 and scoring 3 runs along with the winning run. Paul Mallas and Chris Samz both going 2-5. The Braves are chasing their 1st division title in history and got their first game out of the way. Now they must win next week and get some help from some other teams by beating Allstar Sportswear.

After dropping the first game, the Phillies regrouped and came out firing. Bret Huotari pitched a gem, allowing no runs in the five innings pitched, while newcomer Jose Albino threw the final inning to cap off the win. Offensively, Troy Schmitt, Joe Vilskoski, and Brian Peters led the charge, while everyone on the team played tight, solid defense.

Jimmy B’s game 2 starter Alex Arcano would have a tough act to follow after Adam Millers dominant performance. However Arcano was up for the challenge. Arcano would go the distance allowing only 4 runs, while striking out 8. He showed good control, and even better composure getting out of jams in both the 3rd, and 4th innings. Right Fielder, Jerad Lepak went 2-2 with a double, triple, and 2 walks. Also for B’s Mike Paradowski had 2 hits, and 3 runs scored in the 12-4 victory.

PJ's tigers were led byan outstanding pitching performance from andy monigal who pitched 7 great innings in the victory. Offensively, the tigers were led by andy monigal who was 3-5 with a double and 5 stolen bases, scott rappl who was 3-5 with an rbi, cory mcween who was 2-5.. In addition, matt duranso and stephen D both collected a couple hits and rbi a piece.

PJ's tigers were led by a solid pitching performance from Richard(Ricky) Peese, who pitched 5 innings in the victory. Offensively the tigers were led by jason maaske(not manske) who was 3-3 with two doubles, 3 RBI and 3 Runs, Andy Monigal who was 3-6 with 5 stolen bases, scott rappl who was 2-4 with 3 RBI, Cory McEween who was 3 for 4 with an rbi. In addition, Matt duranso had a couple hits and rbi (not rbi's).
